She is the legal counsel for many foreign clients including HK Resource (Group), Barmag Far East Ltd. (German), RED BOOK AUTOMOTIVE DATA SERVICES (BEIJING) LIMITED. ATA Testing Authority (Holdings) Limited (BVI). She has worked for quite a number of merger and acquisitions of local companies by foreign investment.
