On January 1, 2010, the trade team led by Mr. Lin Yang and Mr. Tao Wang  joined Beijing Office of RayYin & Partners. The team has extensive experiences of representing foreign and PRC leading manufacturers in trade remedy cases, like antidumping, countervailing and safeguard investigations. During the past one year, the team has represented the clients in the following influential trade remedy cases, like China’s antidumping and countervailing case against Saloon cars and Cross-country cars originating in U.S., European Union’s antidumping case against certain aluminum road wheels originating in the People's Republic of China, European Union’s antidumping case against certain continuous filament glass fibre products originating in the People's Republic of China, and India’s antidumping case against synchronous digital hierarchy transmission equipment originating in the People's Republic of China.  

Mr. Lin Yang is recommend as one of the best 10 lawyers in the field of "Trade and Customs Law" by LEGAL WHO IS WHO, and has been invited to compose the annual report about Chinese antidumping law and practice for GLOBAL COMPETITION REVIEW since 2009. Mr. Tao Wang has been a deputy director of legal department of China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Textiles for 6 yeas and has achieved the title of Advanced Employee of Ministry of Commerce in 2005 because of his excellent service. During this period, he was in charge of organizing and coordinating the exporters of textile industry to respond to the various antidumping, countervailing and safeguard investigation initiated by foreign countries.
