The IP Law Seminar for Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao was held in Hong Kong from June 26 to 27, jointly organized by the China Law Society, School of Law of City University of Hong Kong and Law Forum of Hong Kong. Ms. Jun Zhou participates in the seminar, with legal scholars and experts from Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, to explore the intellectual property legal issues.
In light of the economic integration and intellectual property cooperation between Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, great concern has been given to the following topics: differences in the legal system of intellectual property rights, the latest development, challenges and opportunities, as well as how to properly handle the intellectual property rights disputes, such as strengthening cooperation.   (July.1th 2009)
