China's Ministry of Finance (MOF) and the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) decided, under Circular on Raising the Export Rebate Rates of Textile and Clothing (“Circular”), to raise export rebate rates of textile and clothing to 15% beginning on February 1, 2009.
The Circular also stipulated that the actual implementing time shall be the date of export as specified on the "Exported Goods Declaration" (for export rebates) by the Customs. (Feb 27th 2009)
