Due to RayYIn’s leading position in foreign related business and trust field, RayYin collaborated with China Foreign Trade and Economic Trust Company(“FORTIC”) to analysis two novel trust products related to foreign exchange issues. The topic to be covered includes how to set up a charitable trust for helping poor students where the settlors shall be coming from foreign countries and how to realize employee stock option plan for Chinese individual to hold shares of a private oversea company.
