EU Delegation is in the process of formulating a Clean Energy Center in China. The overall objective of this project is to support sustainable growth in China through promoting the use of low or lower emission energy technologies, renewable, and energy efficiency improvements so as to address the Energy Challenges laid down in the country's 11th Five-Year Plan and the objectives of the 2007 National Climate Change Programme. Mr. Yi Zhou from RayYin has been engaged as the expert to design the legal framework involved for establishing such a center. Many European Countries has showed great enthusiasm to participate this program. ( Sep 12th 2007)
