RayYin was entrusted to draft the purchase agreement for the top Brazilian trading company. The agreement will be used by Serglobal as one standard contract to purchase various products from its worldwide suppliers. Due to the professional legal knowledge and quality service of RayYin, the company will entrust RayYin to draft a number of agreements and contracts, as well, including one exclusivity distribution agreement concluded with its suppliers in Brazil in the near future.
