After joining RayYin & Partners, Miss Yahui Yang assisted partners, attorneys in responding to trade remedies cases such as anti-dumping and countervailing cases, and researched relevant legal issues in the field of international trade, such as U.S. "Currency Undervaluation" subsidy program, U.S. export control, and corporate export compliance, etc.
 
During the internship in Beijing Zhongwen Law Firm, she was responsible for reviewing and revising various contracts of the consulting company, i.e., technical service contracts, commission contracts and investment contracts, etc., drafting contracts, i.e., equity transfer contracts and intermediary contracts, conducting legal searches and preparing case filing documents.
