Ms. Zhou has extensive experience in corporate law. She provides corporate legal services relating to the daily management and operation of a number of companies. In her capacity as legal advisor to these enterprises, she designs different corporate legal management systems, taking into account the unique circumstances and specific requests of each client.

Ms. Zhou has represented clients in roughly one hundred civil, criminal and administrative cases. She has demonstrated her expertise and strong negotiating skills while settling numerous disputes involving economic contracts, real estate, intellectual property, and other matters. Her clients located in Guangdong, Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangxi and other provinces and include numerous large-scale state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, Sino-foreign joint ventures, and Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises.  Among her clients are Suzuki Elevator (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.; Hong Kong Shangyi Development Co., ltd;  Dexing Copper Ore Enterprise (Group) Company; Shanghai Electronic equipment(Motor) General Factory; Shenzhen Tianjiu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd; Shenzhen Shengdeyigao Technology Co., Ltd; Shenzhen Yincheng Property Co.; Ltd, Shenzhen Huaxing Chemical Development Co., Ltd; and so on.

Her experience in foreign investment and corporate includes:
1.Advised Hong Kong Junyuan Printing Co., Ltd  regarding relocation of manufacture and operation projects to Shenzhen;
2.Advised Perfekt Company regarding establishing a factory in Shenzhen;
3.Advised Hong Kong Guobang International Investment Company regarding its acquisition of 100% equity in a mining company in Hunan Province;
4.Advised Harvest Worldwide Limited regarding its acquisition of equity in Shenzhen Yongfengtian Technology Co., Ltd
