Lin Yang is the head of the trade team of RayYin & Partners in Beijing. He has been focusing on anti-dumping practice and research since 1998.

Mr. Yang has extensive experience advising Chinese clients regarding anti-dumping investigations initiated by the investigation authorities of other WTO members, including the US, the EU, Korea, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Canada, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand and Israel. His clients include leading manufacturers and exporters in numerous export-oriented industries in China.

Mr. Yang advised the Ministry of Commerce of China regarding the first 'China Safeguard' case initiated by Turkey. Furthermore, multinationals such as Bayer, MeadWestvaco, INVISTA, Pilgrim's Pride Corporation, and Ford Motor Company have relied on his expertise when responding to the anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations initiated by the Ministry of Commerce of China. Mr. Yang provides services in connection with responding to questionnaires, on-the-spot verification , non-injury defense, and price undertaking negotiations. He has been recommended for his outstanding trade remedy practice in China by Who's Who Legal, every year since 2004, and by Legal 500 and Chambers in 2004 and 2005.

In addition to maintaining an active practice, Mr. Yang contributes significant time to the research regarding PRC anti-dumping laws and practices, and he writes articles regularly for many industry publications in China.
