2. Advised a major domestic steel group company regarding  an overseas investment in an Australian iron ore mine.
3. Advised a major domestic mining company regarding  an overseas investment in a Suriname gold mine.
4. Was the General Counsel of a leading domestic bank.
5. Advised a multinational chemical company regarding its acquisition of a chemical plant in China.
6. Advised a multinational catering service provider regarding   its provision of services in connection with the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
7. Advised a multinational supermarket operator  regarding its business issues in China.
8. Advised various foreign investors in connection with their investments in China.
9. Advised various foreign-invested enterprises on regulatory issues pertaining to land acquisition, labor, foreign exchange, and other matters..
