Anti-dumping

Ms. Mu studied International Economic Law in the U.K. She is familiar with World Trade Organization rules and anti-dumping laws in the U.S., Europe, and other countries. She has worked with us on many anti-dumping investigations including investigations in the U.S., India, Europe, Brazil, Israel, and Turkey.    .

Some of the important cases in which Ms. Mu has participated include:
1.  A response to an American anti-dumping investigation on behalf of Seamless Steel Tube Company.
2.  A response to an Israeli anti-dumping investigation on behalf of five paper cup companies.
3.  A response to an Indian anti-dumping investigation on behalf of two Trichloroethylene Phosphate Monosodium companies.
4. A response to an Indian anti-dumping investigation on behalf of the SDH communication equipment industry.
5. A response to an Indian anti-dumping investigation on behalf of a Barium Carbonate company. A response to an EU anti-dumping investigation on behalf of a ceramic tiles group.
6. A response to a Turkish anti-dumping investigation on behalf of the China Building Material Federation.
