In February 2012, the European Union initiated an antidumping investigation on Chinese ceramics for daily use . Chongqing Oule Fine Ceramics Co., Ltd.wasrepresented by Rayyin & Partners in the procedure of investigation which is the only Chinese ceramic knife production enterprise in the procedure .Attorney Lin Yang went twice to the European Commission to attend the hearing along with the representative of Oule ,and submitted an application to exclude the products of Oule . In the European Commission’s final decision ,ceramic knife products are excluded from the scope of products under investigation with no antidumping duties .Chongqing Youth News conducted a thorough report on the case.
