On February 23, at the invitation of the Commerce Department of Shandong province, Yang Lin, Liao Ming, senior partners of Rayyin & Partners, went to Qingdao to give lectures to the trade remedy training class of Shandong province, teaching about matters on how to deal with European Union’s anti-dumping cases on plate of moderate thickness, seamless steel pipe, and strip hot rolled plate from China, and conducted exchange of opinions with the local competent commercial departments of Shandong Province at all levels and some of the companies involved in the cases concerning issues on how to deal with the American tire anti-dumping cases, the recent India and Pakistan anti-dumping cases etc.
