Rayyin & Partners Invited to Participate in the Seminar on Trade Remedy 2015

On December 7-8, 2015, Liao Ming with the International Trade and WTO Department Senior Partner of Rayyin & Partners was invited to participate in the “Seminar of Provision Negotiation & Investigation Rules of Trade Remedy 2015” of the Ministry of Commerce.
Wang Hejun, Director of the Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, presided over the meeting, and relevant officials of the Ministry of Commerce, senior experts, scholars and lawyers of the field of Trade Remedy and WTO carried on in-depth discussions and exchange on the rules of the current trade remedy negotiations, as well as anti-dumping countervailing safeguard measure investigation and responding practice technical problems.
Upon invitation, attorney Liao Ming delivered his theme speech on the following topics, namely, "Problems on Safeguard Measures on Terms of Trade Remedy in Free Trade Zone", and "Other Corporate Tax Rate - Taking European Union and Brazil Practices as Example".
