and trading, distribution and logistics,
in its acquisition of a majority (51%)
equity stake in Shannxi Hexing Fruit
Juice Co., Ltd, one of the largest apple
juice production company in PRC, for
RMB 63.75 million, including due diligence
exercise, negotiation and documentation;
9. advised RHB Bank Singapore Area Office
on debt assignment and enforcement issues;
10. advised KLM Royal Dutch Airline
on its Line Maintenance business set
up in China;
11. advised Hugo Boss on its retail
branch establishment in Beijing;
